My company provides area tours, 'sells the Tri-Cities', and oversees contracts for rentals and purchases. As my company never owns a listing, we never actually 'sell' a property ... instead, we EDUCATE, we 'Show and Tell', and we Represent buyers exclusively. (*We are the only real estate company in NE TN providing this exclusive service.)

  • I have taught over a hundred students piano keyboard, music composition and 'music appreciation' since 1992.

  • I have also taught students computer programming, technical and equipment usage, and computer hardware.

  • My students have included 'home-schooled students' (during the day) and private and public school students from 3:00 until 8:00 PM.

Johnson City Symphony Orchestra
Stage Manager, 1993-1997 (resigned due to growing lesson base)
  • Stage Management included the conducting of intermediary duties between the General Manager and the players.

  • This position entailed the setup and breakdown of shows and rehearsals.

  • In the course of my duties, I was asked to consistently make anouncements at the rehearsals, as well as to large audiences at the performances.

  • Finally, because I was the manager who ran the performances, it was my duty to make sure that all shows and rehearsals ran as smoothly as possible.

  • By being continually aware of any situations that came up and making sure everything continued to run smoothly from the perspective of the audience, I accomplished this task.
